Step 5) Next you will need to navigate to the server.cfg located in /home/container/garrysmod/cfg/. This will then open up a new page for you with your FastDL URL in the top right. Once you've done this, please press the "Information" button on the right hand side, followed by the "Server Details" button. Once you are on the console page click the "Sync FastDL" button next to the power options (please ensure your server is turned off).

I'm a little upset because I have shitty download speeds at the moment, averaging around 1-2MB/s so I need to wait an hour or so before I could play on a server like Star Wars RP.Īre all RP servers like this? We joined another RP server and again, 4 gigabytes. To my surprise, I had to download EIGHT (8) Gigabytes so I could play on it. Once we get bored, we decide to join a Star Wars RP server. So after about 5 minutes or so waiting, I get on the server and we have a bit of fun. Just bought this game yesterday with my friend, we did some multiplayer sandbox first, but then I noticed that due to his addons I had to download 500 megabytes of data first.
